Fallow/Fertile explores the nature of cycles: those built into our bodies, the potent cyclical forces in nature, and those that evolve from our social and cultural structures. Cycles can provide comfort, weaving time and experience together. Alternately, they may cause dread in the face of an inevitable next phase of a particularly vicious cycle.
